Virtual Patch Program Request Form

Minimum group size for a Virtual Patch Program is 10 participants.

Groups of 10 or more can request a Virtual Patch Program on weekdays, Saturdays, and evenings, pending staff availability.

***Please note that we cannot guarantee private weekend programs for your group. Groups may be combined.***

Patch Programs cost $10 per participant + shipping for program materials.
