The Rutgers Geology Museum hosts a number of field trips throughout the year, where participants are able to explore and uncover many mysteries of local geological history. All field trips are fun and educational, so children (ages 5+) and adults are welcome to come along for the adventure.
Join the Rutgers Geology Museum on a trip to Johnson Park in New Brunswick, NJ to learn about the ecology and geology of the Raritan River. Participants will learn about the geologic history that formed Rutgers and the Raritan River and will include a guided boat ride along the river.
Children must be 13 years or older to participate in this trip. Prior registration and payment is required for this event. Directions and additional information will be provided after completeing registration.
There is a strict 20 person limit for this trip, so sign up early. The cost is $30 per person.
